I just got in my brand new Mac (operating 10.12.3) today and I am trying to install Photoshop. I purchased the Creative Suite 6 Design Standard from and reputable store a few years ago. However, now when I am trying to install it on my new machine it starts the process and then stops and gives me the error message 'Adobe Genuine Software Verification Failure'. I have installed the program on other computers since then and have not had any trouble. 
I am using an external DVD player if that matters, seeing as how the new Mac's do not have a DVD drive.
