Apr 12, 2016 Ultimate is an ambitious mod for Paradox Interactive's outstanding grand strategy game Victoria II, it has an expansive feature list with multiple new start dates, from 1604 to 2023. The Ultimate mod is really hard to download. I went to the ultimaterebooted forums, and many of the download links are not working. The latest version I could download is 0.45. Can someone link me a site to download the latest mod version?
